Consultations

Consultations are $25 and will be added to your service. This is so that the stylist and client can meet to achieve client’s satisfaction.

Deposit

Effective September 1st, deposits will begin at 25%, the deposit charge fluctuates depending on the cost of the service. Your deposit must be paid in order for your appointment to be secured.

Deposits will always be credited towards your account and can be used towards any service.

Cancellation/ Late Fees

Please be advised that there will be a CANCELLATION FEE charged to your account if your appointment is not cancelled within 48 business hours before your scheduled appointment date.

 Failure to cancel in this time frame will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment at a charge of 50% of that service cost. 

Arriving more than 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time without prior notification will be considered a missed appointment, resulting in cancellation. In such cases, you are responsible for the full payment of the scheduled service, and the 1st cancellation counts as a NO SHOW.

After 3 NO SHOWS, there will be a mandatory deposit required to book your next appointment.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is acceptable up to 48 business hours prior to your appointment date. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of that service cost. You may only reschedule once with the same deposit, if you need to reschedule more than once a new deposit will be required. 

Our business hours are Tuesday – Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM.

We reserve the right to ban clients due to no shows and/or cancellations.
